While the 8GB 3g iPhone is priced at 23,040 yen  which is equivalent to $215.00 US Dollar and the 16GB 3G iPhone model is Priced at 24,560 yen which equals $228.025 US Dollar.

Companies like AU and the NTT DoCoMo are still negotiating with Apple Inc for there share of iPhone, namely the new 3G iPhone in Japan.

On July 11th SoftBank Mobile launched the much awaited 3G iPhone in Japan.
